Sweet n Savoury Scramble
1 brown egg (preferably organic or free range)
1/4 segment of a red apple, chopped
1/4 segment of beetroot, chopped
2 inch piece of carrot, grated or chopped
1 Tbsp cooked brown or broken red rice
1 Tsp organic, cold pressed coconut oil
- Drizzle half the tsp of coconut oil to lightly cook the Egg as an omelet.
- Once the egg is cooked, combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix the rest of the coconut oil in.
- Add the omelet in, making sure it's combined well into the mixture.
Serve to your hungry Cocker companion!
My little guy absolutely loves this for Lunch. It's nutritional, filling and good as part of a weight loss diet.
