Gizmo getting ready for his afternoon nap!

Gizmo is now 8 months old, this is his first Christmas and he is not happy. All these strangers coming into his home, and worse, they are not bringing him any presents - I mean the cheek of some people!

He's going have a little nap now after the afternoon movie and some chocolate cake.

Gizmo in the bedroom feeling a bit gloomy

Here is the poor lad after hurting his shoulder while playing in the park with his bigger pals.

He is now feeling awful, it hurts me to see him walk.

Hopefully he will be OK. I need to rest him though and it's not easy to get him to be quite.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I took him for a short walk today to see how he is, it's 6 days since it happened, he is now lame again after looking OK this morning.

Poor little fella!

Gizmo

Gizmo is 5 months old. Bold as brass, but as good as gold. He gets up to all sorts of things and is a total pack hound, i.e. he wants to be top dog all the time.

We have some real rows when he pushes me too hard!

At the moment he is out the front doing a bit of gardening - I mean digging a hole to put one of his toys away for later. He never stops!

I think I'll have to leave this and go out to his park (DCU) as he likes to check in with his pals there - just have a nice smell and maybe give the odd one a lick.

All the best A & G........
