Shirley is so pretty and so very, very cute! I used to have a little boy cocker spaniel called Benji and he looked just like your Shirley - he was so handsome and appealing.
He used to love chasing birds (I know, it's not good!) and running down by the derelict railway line - which is now an overgrown pathway for walkers.
He loved to sniff and snuffle at every single bush and it would take us an age to get anywhere!
He also loved to chase balls and fetch sticks, but most of all, he loved children. He was great with them and was very gentle with all the kids in the neighbourhood.
After he's eaten, he liked nothing more than to lie in the sun enjoying the warmth - he'd laze there for hours!
Unfortunately, he was knocked over by a deliver lorry 2 years ago and although I'll never forget him, I am finding his loss easier to bear.
Your Shirley is so lovely - please take good care of her and give her a cuddle from me! :-)
