Golden cocker spaniels are my most favourite colour in the cocker breed. Solid colour is best, but I don't mind if the colour is mixed with another.
Shirley is absolutely gorgeous, she's a darling.

Shirley is very, very pretty and so cute! What does she like to get up to? Does she like chasing a ball?
When my cocker was a puppy, she used to love chasing balls. She'd catch her ball and bring it right back to you so that you could throw it again for her.
She also loves me to throw sticks into the river too. She dives into the water (she's fearless where water is concerned) and retrieves the stick. This could go on for hours - and it sometimes does! :)
She also likes to get dirty - she's such a tomboy. Whenever we've been out she always comes back with a muddy coat full of burrs and grass.
I hope your Shirley grows up to be a little more 'ladylike' than my cocker!
