He's based in the small, picturesque market town of Wetherby, which is in West Yorkshire, in the UK. He is a talented, professional, artist and illustrator and has been commissioned for animal portraits, cartoon drawings, clip art, portraits of loved ones, landscapes, and watercolours, as well as company logos, Christmas cards, and book illustrations. Billy uses various media for his work but specialises in watercolours, pencil, and ink, depending upon the desired result.
