When you've found a reliable breeder, one that you feel comfortable with, it shouldn't be long before you're choosing a puppy!
Whether this is your first puppy, or you need a refresher, we've lots of information to help you out.
When your puppy is a little older and it's time for training, our pages covering how to train a puppy will give you all the information you need to get you started.
It also covers all the basics of puppy obedience training to help make your little boy (or girl) a well-mannered young man! (or woman!).
One of the things I strongly recommend is that you ask your breeder lots of questions. If you don't, they may wonder about your commitment and may not be happy to pass on one of their precious little puppies to you.
If you don't ask about the puppies, their environment and how they've been raised and/or socialized so far, and the breeder doesn't seem concerned about the lack of questions, you may be buying a puppy from one of the many unscrupulous puppy farms that seem to be cropping up all over the place!
To help give you some ideas for your questioning, I've written an article about the types of questions you should be asking your breeder - I hope you find them useful.
We hope you've found our Cocker Spaniel Breeders Directory helpful and you find your perfect puppy soon!
