Aggression

by Stephen
(Liverpool)

He is a 2 year old spaniel and over the last 3 months he has become very aggresive and when anybody goes to leave the room he starts barking and will not shut up but, he is fine when my wife leaves the room.

He has also snapped a few times at members of the family, but we have had him since he was 6 weeks old and he's never been miss treated.

Can anybody give us any answers to why this is happening?

Thanks Stephen

I can't possibly comment on why your dog is barking and behaving like that as I don't know you, your family, or your dog.

It sounds like it could be an alpha status issue, but I'd get some professional help if I were you and sooner rather than later, before it esculates.
